You can view your balance within the Online Service Centre or by contacting us using the phone number on our website.</li> <li>Your balance may change due to interest and fees.</li><li>Your direct debit and Latitude Financial Services insurance will be cancelled as part of the account closure.</li><li>You will be liable for any purchases not yet posted to the account.</li><li>You will receive confirmation of the account closure on your final statement after the account has closed.</li><li>You will <b>not</b> receive an account closure letter.</li><li>You must cancel any automatic debits to the account, e.g. subscriptions, telephone bills.</li><li>You will not be able to reopen the account once it's been closed.</li><li>If we cannot identify you or your account using the information provided, this request will not be actioned.</li> </ol>
